The evaluation process, performed during one year by Sopra consulting, included the revision of the software development methodology, both in models and in its practical application to different projects, as well as a group of interviews with several development area managers.

Delaware is certified according to the norm UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2008 by the Madrid Chamber of Commerce for its three development and production centres in Spain
