Release Management

Objectives:

• Define, plan, construct, configure and test the set of changes for a group of projects with the aim of ensuring the sucess in a consistent way, allowing:  
  • Annual planning of releases
  • Design, composition and closing of the content of each release, creating synergies for the efficient use of the resources
  • Control and follow up of the releases
  • Coordinated implementation of the facilities in production
  • Generation of reports and metrics
  • Identification of risks and action plans to decrease those risks
